An "ah ha" moment for me was talking to my mentor and asking her about observations and she said "My goal is to just watch, I always ask the teacher "how can I help you?" I believe giving the teacher time to think about themselves and how they can better themselves is a big step in leadership. She made a comment on how all teachers are different and we as leaders have to support the different teaching styles especially if they are meeting the guidelines and requirements. With me just coming from the classroom, I hope to never be the type of admin that is pushing unnecessary stress on the teachers
