An attorney may NOT represent more than one client in the same lawsuit in which one of the following:

	a.	The lawyer reasonably believes that the lawyer will be able to provide competent and diligent representation to each affected client.
	b.	Each affected client gives informed consent, confirmed in writing.
	c.	The representation involves an assertion of a claim by one client against another client in the same litigation or another proceeding before a tribunal.
	d.	The representation is not prohibited by law.
