An example of one of these projects consisted of a team I was on with several colleagues which developed surveys and held meetings with different department teams and employees in order to understand if there was a need for any policy changes based on quarterly organization satisfaction results. We were able to work effectively and recommend policy changes most of which have been implemented and the other of which are in the pipeline for the end of the year. The policy changes that have been implemented have seen an increase in organization satisfaction results which were positive results for our team and no doubt due to how effectively we worked together and communicated
