Animal Welfare Society (AWS) PE was founded in 1971 as a result of the difficulty that the municipality in Port Elizabeth was experiencing in coping adequately with the number of stray animals and cruelty cases in the city. Our catteries and kennels house stray and surrendered pets who are available for adoption. We accept all animals brought to us and run a 24-hour service to deal with the many cases of cruelty and neglect which are reported to us. You are the project manager at an event company called Sekani Events. The Animal Welfare Society has requested that you assist them with their annual project of revamp and maintenance of the animal kennels. This will help to provide better shelter for the homeless animals.

The team will be responsible for the following:

Sourcing all equipment and materials to rebuild the current wooden kennels, including wood treatment.

Arrange transport for the 15 part-time workers who will assist over the 40 working days.

Arranging lunch for the 15 part-time workers on each of the 40 working days.

Sourcing overalls and protective gear for the 15 part-time workers
