4. [4 marks] Suppose you want to design a database that keeps track of the books in a network of libraries (note that there may be several copies of the same book). The database includes the following fields:

Author_ID, Author_Name, Author_Nationality, Book_Title, ISBN, Call_Number, Library_ID, Library_Address, Book_Copy_ID

Suggest a sensible collection of tables that would contain these fields, that would be easy to use, and that would minimize data redundancy. Give your proposed tables useful names, and indicate clearly which fields each table should contain and how they relate.

5. [4 marks] Explain how we can use a Switch board via MS Access. Use an example to justify your answer.

00 Students Y Student ID First Name Last Name Street Address City State Postal Code Payments 7 Payment ID Student ID Amount Due Payment Amount 00 Students Y Student ID First Name Last Name Street Address City State Postal Code Payments 7 Payment ID Student ID Amount Due Payment Amount
