What is its legal jurisdiction? What types of cases and offences does it hear? Is it strictly a trial court, an appeal court, or both? Identify: i) the laws that were being dealt with while you there (Identify the Legislation, Name of Offence and Section # of the charges being dealt with) ii) the major participants dealing with the case(s) in the courtroom (i.e., their positions; the names of the participants other than the judge are not required. You must provide the judge's name.) iii) the stage of processing of the case(s) you observed, e.g., was it a bail hearing, evidence being presented at trial, sentencing, appeal, other? You must include how you knew it was at that stage, i.e., what was going on that indicated that stage?
