Answer the questions in the format that works for you. However, it should not be in paper narrative form. Allow yourself to get creative with the formatting, font, imagery, etc. Your manifesto should be written in the first person. Remember, this is aspirational and should be written assuming you are in a leadership position overseeing a team (small or large). Please limit your manifesto.

• What are the qualities of a leader that you want to demonstrate?
• How will you show integrity?
• How will you ensure you are aware of your emotions? And how will you respond to them as they influence your behavior?
• What are the qualities your leadership will inspire your team to demonstrate?
• How will you as a leader receive feedback?
• How will you as a leader provide feedback?
• How will the energy you bring into your role impact your team?
