Anyone know how to do these things in Quickbooks online?
Add a new Expense account: "Legal Fees" as a sub account of Professional Fees and Tax Line Mapping: Schedule C: Legal and Professional Fees.
Add a new customer: "College" with phone, address, account number, non-taxable, customer type is "University", add your instructor's name as a contact.
Add a new Vendor: Amazon with phone, address, account number, payment terms net 30, choose 64900: Office Supplies as the expense account and Supplies as vendor type.
Some of the options seem to be hidden for me or are from an older version, like a check box for tax-exempt, or finding vendor type.
