AOLCC Community Service Worker Business Communication and Report Writing GRADED ACTIVITY: REPORTS Part of the Community Service Worker's responsibility is to write numerous detailed reports regarding the client's initial intake to the organization, progress within the programs and services, concern or incident that may occur, and referral or requests to another program or service. A Community Service Worker will also write different forms of communications, such as memoranda and emails to colleagues, supervisors, or other professionals outside his/her organization. This project will be separated into 6 individual assignments: 1. Intake Report 4. Memorandum 2. Progress Notes 5. Referral Letter
