The leaders conducting impromptu check-ins or 'catch-up' with the employees Providing the employees with survey questionnaires to be filled out regarding their view of the hybrid work setup and its impact to their work performance and satisfaction		Weekly or monthly 'catch-up' individual meetings with employees to know their difficulties and their progress in work and other external or internal factors affecting their well-being while being in a hybrid work setup Providing survey questionnaires that provides different situations experienced by employees during hybrid work setup and will use the result to improve its implementation and impact to employee satisfaction and performance	HR Department Team Leaders/Managers BPO Employees
