As a consequence of the ongoing hostilities in Ukraine, the United States and its international partners have implemented trade sanctions on Russia. This has created an increasingly difficult environment to operate in for companies that have not fully determined the source of all of their raw materials. Compare and contrast this to situations that have been remediated by the Fair Trade movement. What lessons can be learned by applying similar techniques for sourcing raw materials as were implemented under the Fair Trade Movement?
