Executive Summary 4. Introduction 5. Your workplace problem definition 6. A proposal for project solution - this is where you explain your innovative solution 7. Budget proposals 8. Timeline (including a Gantt Chart) 9. Details of task allocation - The team member who is responsible for which part of the project 10. Structured tools used by the team in the development of the innovative solution.
