As a young college graduate, what I would do to gain personal power when moving into a new job as a team leader will be first to get to know everyone within the company and build a friendship with them to gain their trust. Show them I can be a great leader by leading by example and showing them how things will be changing and I'll be there to guide them through every step. be open minded about new idea that they might have to offer to make them feel included and value within the company. respond to this student
