As we learned in the lecture, color is strongly tied with cultural and emotional appeal. Describe a personal relationship you have with a specific color that impacts how you personally feel about that color. Notice how your perception of this color may confirm or deny your community's cultural norm. 2. From our last class session, we learned that even through moving images, visual communication is formed. How is film useful as a means for visual communication? Last week, we discussed visual vocabulary and how specific elements of art and principles of design may reflect feeling. With that said, let's look at the image below. In psychology, some believe we can measure emotional stability using this image. It's referred to as the "Rorschach Test." What lines or elements of design principles do you see when you look at the image? And does analyzing the image using your knowledge of the elements and/or principles of design trigger specific feelings or thoughts for you? 4.
