3 What Quality Assurance Processes will you be implementing in your project?-3% Identifies Quality assurance processes that will be implemented (1%) States why you are selected the QA process and how it is relevant to your project (1%) States when will you be implementing, how often will you implement it, what outcomes do you anticipate (1%)

4 What Metrics will you be collecting to evaluate process improvement?-3% List the metrics you will use to measure process improvement, at least 3 metrics (3%)

5 How will Variances in your project be interpreted? -2% Clearly identifies how baseline and/or benchmark will be set on the project (1%) Identifies how variance will be measured and analyzed (0.5%) Identifies how common cause or special cause will be determined and managed (0.5%)
