What process in the organization do they find most frustrating, and why? Provide a summary of their response (without identifying who you asked). And, given what you have learned in this class, answer the following questions: How would you approach studying how to change the frustrating process? What modeling technique might be helpful in studying the impact of potential changes to that process, and what model would be appropriate? For example, process flow, queueing, forecasting, etc. Note: you are not being asked what change you would make to the process but how you would study the process and identify what model would be most useful to study the process
