ASP.net core bootstrap /html/ css/ make table!!

I want to make looks like excal(table) web site. Uesr input a row.

1. There is a navigation bar on the top. 2. It fills the entire screen with a table except for Navigations. 3. Columns are shold be 68 Columns. 4. The first column is count row.(automatically increases with each column like 1,2,3,4....) 5. First 8 eight columns(including the first row) must be fixed (only when the scroll bar gose left or right). 6. The first row must be fixed as it is in the heading (only when the scroll bar gose down). 7. The horizontal scroll bar must have two horizontal scroll bars with the exception of the first eight columns, relatice the 14th column(total 22th column after). 8. the input of the user must be in the botton row (the from looks like an Excel). 9. If there are an empty input cells, user cannot press the Save button. 10.The input each rows must have save/delete/edit button in end of the column. 11. User should be able to input multipel lines at a time. 12. Page Size 20/50/100 exist

!!!Add New row must be end of rows. !!!Action columns must be and of columns.
