You will choose a leader that you respect or admire based on hisr'her achievements and the challenges that hershe oyercame. In interpreting the characteristics of that leader. you will employ leadership concepts, theories and types learned in Week 1 and Week 2. This assessment will enhance your interpretation and analytical skills in emulating and internalising leadership concepts, theoriesr and types of your chosen leader to your own leadership style. Prior to choosing the leader as the basis of this assessment. you must consult with your lecturer and obtain approval for choosing that leader.
