Assessment 3 Part 3: Individual Report 15% This part is a reflective piece designed to encourage you to evaluate your individual contribution to the group, as well as, the contribution of your group members. You will critically evaluate the group work process using OB concepts, models, theories, and research. You are required to cite a minimum of 3 academic journal articles to substantiate your report. The word limit for this part is 500 words
