Assessment Overview This workplace assessment requires you to develop at least one social media and online crisis management plan and at least one online and social media monitoring and communication policies and procedures. This assessment is divided into two tasks: Task 1: Develop Social Media and Online Crisis Management Plan Task 2: Develop Social Media Monitoring Policies and Procedures You are required to complete the assessment tasks in real workplace situations, or simulated activities, or case study scenarios that test aspects of this unit that involve customer and team communication. Each task comes with a set of instructions. You are to follow these instructions to complete the assessment.
