Mr Thalib Ramli (the Director of Marketing, from Advertising and Marketing Department) thought of increasing the number of sales by reaching new market segment which is the Internet customers. He believes, by developing a system that could be accessed online, the company could achieve tangible value of increased in annual sales (expected RM200,000). Besides that, he also thinks by having an online system, intangibly the benefits are improved customer satisfaction and improved recognition of the company's brand name.
