The focus of your company's products will be centered around the applications of augmented reality that you proposed for Assignment 1. First, describe your company Include descriptive terms detailing your intended company brand such as: trustworthy consistent, sophisticated, casual, fun, unconventional, reliable, flamboyant conservative, educational, etc. audience and intended users of your company's projects. 2. Audience: Describe the Who is your ideal customerluser? Describe in detail and be specific. 3. Research: Research the ways that information design is used in your company's area. Search online for other companies that have a similar focus. What design cues, if any, can you take from your research? 4. Name: Choose a name for your company. Why did you choose your name? Is it unique? What are some examples of related company names that you found in your research? 5. Font: Choose a single font that will represent your corporate image. Why did you choose this font? Check out: http://www.dafont.com. 6. Colors: Choose at least three colors (other than black and white) that you will use for your corporate materials. Your choice of colors should reflect the corporate culture you aim to portray. Why did you choose your colors? It might help to use a tool like the Adobe Color Wheel 7. Logo: Develop a preliminary logo for your company. Logos should be developed as vector graphics using Adobe Ilustrator. Start with hand-drawn ideas and then create vector versions using Adobe Illustrator. This is only your first draft. You will have an opportunity to revise your graphics the following week. You can download a 30 day trial version of Adobe Illustrator from Adobe.com here. Remember to only install the trial version for Adobe lllustrator at this point.
