The aim of this exercise is to view the ability of the students in situations where they engage in Chartering and Brokering.

You will divide your response into groups of two. Half will operate as the Charterer in which you will have a charterer’s broker and the other half as a ship-owner in which you will have a ship’s broker you will fix a ship to the cargo and the cargo to the ship.

A) Make up a blog/advertising your ship or cargo in detail 

B) Prefixing: evidence of negotiation no more than 4 set examples (the main negotiation items could be freight rate, demurrage, dispatch, delivery, redelivery, etc.) 

C) You're required to illustrate/explain how you have reached the conclusion (a fixture).
