In the decision, you will find an analysis of the numerous forms evidence, entered bythe parties. Almost all forms of the evidence studied in the course are identified. Read the decision in the case Cowles v. Balac, 2005 CanLII 2038 (ON SC). As you go through the decision, note each form ofevidence presented. Identify at least one example of each of the 20 forms of evidence from the list below. If you cannot identify a form of evidence inthe case, you must indicate NF - not found. If your indication of NF is correct, you will receive a mark. However, if that form ofevidence exists, you will not get the mark.
