Case Summary:Provide a summary analysis of the case that includes a brief discussion of the facts of the case, legal issue, the court's decision, and the court's reasoning. The case citation must also be included.

1. Facts of the case - briefly indicate (a) the reasons for the lawsuit; (b) the identity and arguments of the plaintiff(s) and defendant(s), respectively; and (c) the lower court's decisionif appropriate)
2. Issue of the case - concisely phrase, in the form of a question, the essential issue before the court.
3. The court's decision- Indicate herewith a "yes" or "no," if possiblethe court's answer to the question (or questions) in the Issue section above.
