Mr$.$ Ahmed is currently working a total of $10$ hours per day to produce $250$ Chairs. He thinks that by changing the wood for the chair he can increase his production to $400.$ Material cost for each chair is $40$ Riyals.

Apart from raw material he spends about $50$ riyals on some other supplies.

Another $40$ Riyal is the energy cost.

And he should be making $25$ Riyals per hour for his time.

From the above given data calculate how what is the present productivity and how will it improve with the new material.
