The area has fair quality drainage with 25% of the time the moisture level is approaching saturation. The effective roadhed soil resilient modulus is 10 ksi. The sub-base has a CBR value of 50, the resilient modulus of the base is 30,000 lb/in, and the resilient modulus of the asphalt concrete is 4.0 x 105 psi. Assume a reliability level of 90%, So of 0.40, Po of 4.6, and Pt of 3.0.
