Assume that you are a web developer in an IT company and you got two new projects to be done in a month. The first was ordered from a library called Happy Time Library, and the second was requested by your manager to be presented and sold to the companys customers. Happy Time Library is a huge bookstore in Amman and has a lot of visitors of different kinds and of all ages. This library already have a web-based application (E-library system), and recently, its manager has decided to evolve this E-library for many reasons such as to provide variety of content, simplify search, availability etc You were asked to develop their E-library (Happy Time E-Library (to make it more useful and avoid boredom of customers, and decided to create a "Books and Movies Corner" using API technology to allow users to retrieve book and movie information. In this corner you will add details about books like title, year of publication, authors and details about movies like title, year of release, etc... Since this is the first time you will use APIs, you need to study the API technology, and then analyses, implement, and test both projects, to perform this, you need to do the following tasks:

Task 2: Applying the knowledge of API research to design the required application

Examine the Happy Time E-library web application that could be extended using APIs by exploring the scope of the application, and the APIs that will be used.
