Assume that you are the one in charge--the one who will be leading the company in creating the company's new ethical environment--and design your plan accordingly.

Make a plan that will include the following:

1. The name of the company or organization.
2. A description of the type of company, work that it does, or service it provides.
3. The number of employees and type of management structure.
4. The company's core values and how you will identify those
5. The company's Mission Statement (core purpose) and how you arrived at that
6. The company's code of ethics and how it is implemented.
7. Incorporation of small-group management in a place in the plan where it makes sense
8. A description of diversity initiatives you will incorporate and how you will foster diversity
9. A description of what you will do to ensure ongoing ethical improvement in your company
10. A description of how you will evaluate your success in creating an ethical workplace.
