  • Description of how each reward aligns with the organization's strategy, mission, vision, goals, etc.
  • Explanation of how rewards support the organization's competitive advantages.
  • Explanation of performance measure(s) each reward is expected to impact (i.e. quality of new hire, reduced turnover, higher production, budget, etc.).
  • Proposed monitoring schedule for measures identified.
