One of the senior Stakeholders of your Project, is a Senior Vice President of the company and he comes to you and asks that you provide him with a copy of the Project Status Report on Thursday morning's by 9:00 AM as he has a weekly meeting with his team and wants to know what the status of the Project is when meeting with his people - some of them are on your Project Team.
