The company had 100 workers in 2021. The company had 4 accountants (Mark, King, Nicole and Pyramid) who prepare the books of accounts and the company's financial statements. Just like other workers, the performance of these accountants is managed and assessed on the basis of result orientation, quality of work output, customer orientation, technical efficiency, team work and creativity. Recently, the Chief accountant was charged with the responsibility of conducting performance appraisal of the four accountants. Evidences from his records show that in relation to result orientation, Mark is better than King but worse than all other accountants. King is better than Nicole but worse than all other accountants. Nicole is only better than Mark. Pyramid's result orientation exceeds all the others.
