Introduction Trauma is a significant health challenge because of its adverse physical and mental impacts. Several studies have evaluated these impacts to enhance the understanding of trauma and its related facets, such as effects and health interventions. For instance, some studies have postulated that trauma distorts mental wellness by inducing nightmares. Therefore, this study will evaluate the relationship between trauma and nightmares.
