Balraj recently opened an electronic repair store and in the first 3 months has had great success. In fact he just closed the deal on a contract that will have him servicing the town library's computer systems, his biggest on-going contract yet. His customers tell him that until he opened, the only electronics store in the small town was Big Brenda's Electronics and that she can be "a little" abrasive. Balraj learned just how abrasive Brenda could be last night when she showed up at his store. She told him that if he ever takes a large contract that used to be hers again, Balraj would be "beaten into knowing better" (slapping her fist into her hand numerous times). Balraj won't be intimidated into quietly losing business so he decides to deal with this appropriately and calls the police and a lawyer. Brenda's actions are an intentional tort.
