The paper should cover the following points:

• What makes the project chosen "technical"?
• Identify at least three major challenges that make it unique compared to a non-technical project.
• Briefly describe what management challenges you might expect here compared to a non-technical project.

It is not expected that you will identify every characteristic of a technical project, but you must cover the ones you consider key in differentiating your project from a non-technical one.
