Are there any barriers to you completing the single subject design project at the agency?After discussing with my field instructor, I found out that my field agency, Room in The Inn, does not have an IRB Board. However, the agency does have a board of directors and a leadership team. According to my field instructor, the agency addresses all ethical issues or concerns at the leadership level during their bi-weekly leadership meeting. If there's an urgent matter that needs to be addressed, the leadership team will meet sooner
