Based on social identity theory, this research investigated the role of inclusive leadership in enhancing employees' connection to their organization, promoting helpful behaviors towards leaders, and boosting task performance. This was achieved by promoting a sense of belonging and improving teamwork. The study also delved into how a positive diversity environment can influence these dynamics. Data was gathered from 300 employees in diverse settings at three separate times, with two-week intervals. Findings confirmed that inclusive leadership indirectly influences employee results by fostering a sense of belonging and enhancing teamwork. Moreover, in environments that highly value diversity, the positive effects of inclusive leadership are even more evident. In essence, this research sheds light on the conditions and reasons why inclusive leadership leads to positive employee outcomes.
