Each member is assisted by an employee. An employee assists one or more members. Employee information including employee ID first name, last name, address and phone number is stored. There are two types of employees: coach and administrative staff. For a coach, additional information such as coaching event, fee and certification is stored. For administrative staff, job title is additionally stored. Each employee has a supervisor. A supervisor supervises more than one employee.
A class has one or more sections. Each section is always associated with a class. Attributes of a class include class ID class name and class points. Attributes of a section include class ID section ID type and maximum number of attendees. A member signs up for one or more sections and each section is signed up by one or more members. They want to store the member signup date and time for each section.
Each employee is assigned to a one location. A location is assigned many employees. For each location, they need to know location ID address, phone number and business hours.
