Based on the recommendations spoken about in the video, as well as my reading of the case I have identified a few areas within southwest airlines' business that I believe could make an impact on their business operations positively When it comes to SW airlines' fleet management and possibilities of expansion, they currently operate a single aircraft type which is the Boeing 737 which is simple for maintenance and training. I would recommend them to invest in newer models that are more fuel efficient which can help them reduce operational costs over time.
