The first attribute, brands, is a crucial factor in influencing student's food choice. We selected Knightstop, Smoke&Donuts as a tradeoff with Auntie Anne's. These brands we chosen as they are our competitors that we will able to substitutes them. This will helps us to see which brand is most preferred among students regularly dine at UCF Student Union. Because each brand has its popularity, tastes and food quality that affects the buying process and buying decision of students. Average prefer dollars spent per purchase is our next attribute that helps us to identify the price range students are willing to pay when purchasing food on campus. $5, $10 and $15 levels are estimate to give us a general idea of the price range.
