  • Using the textbook: Dees, W., Walsh, P., et. al (2021). Sport Marketing (5th ed.). Human Kinetics. , the video above and at least two (2) relevant journal articles to learn more about your selected sport organization (the same organization you featured in the SWOT Analysis paper), including sports and athletes supported, attendance, and revenues.
  • Determine the purpose of your survey. In other words, what is the marketing question you want to answer? As an example, you might ask why sport fans tend to purchase brand license apparel or how attendance could be improved for your organization's events. Do not use one of these examples; instead, determine your own question.
  • What is a market research survey with a minimum of three (3) appropriate questions.
  • Conduct the market research survey by asking a minimum of ten (10) people to complete the survey you created. You can distribute the survey in one of the following methods:
    • In-person via paper and pen(cil)
    • Digitally via email or social media
  • Read the instructor feedback from the last paper you submitted and apply it as you write this paper.
  • Write the paper. Include in the content (all are required):
    • A description of the purpose of your survey.
    • A summary of the tips included in the video and how you will apply them in your survey.
    • A list of the survey questions you asked.
      • For each question, list the possible responses.
    • A description of how you decided who to survey, how many participants you included, and what method you used to administer the survey.
    • A discussion and summary of the results of your survey (what were the overall results?).
    • A discussion of the quantitative findings from your survey.
    • A discussion of the qualitative findings from your survey.
    • The implications for implementing new marketing strategies for your organization (how do the results inform your ideas for new marketing strategies for the organization?).
