TheARC Company provided additional personnel when it became necessary, and they also provided additional funds to expedite the project. Because of this, the project was able to accomplish its intended purpose. The project was completed in time for the Las Vegas show. Each task was completed fully and adequately due to the talented personnel assigned to the project. Avariety of engineers, marketers, purchasers, and testers used their skill sets to make each step possible. The project had personnel specically skilled in designing, manufacturing, purchasing, or qualityechecking the nal product. The customer received a new highequality scooter design in time for the Las Vegas Show, which meets and hopefully exceeds their expectations in its new features. Part 2 The worst-case scenario for the Red Zuma Project would be creating a scooter that is not available or functional for everyone. Different factors can affect whether or not everyone can use the scooterARC develops. A different gender may not be able to use the scooter ARC develops if those aspects are not considered. The best-case scenario would involve creating a user-friendly scooter that beginners and experts would both enjoy using. It would also involve a design that is considerate of different body types, whether that is big or small, male or female, or from any range of physical mobility. TheARC Company could potentially exclude a variety of people. TheAll People statement for the Red Zuma Project would be "All people can use our new scooter\". Disabled people may not be able to experience this All People statement. If the scooter is not adjustable or customizable in some way, that group would be excluded. The scooter could also be easier for one gender to use than the other, making it less usable for some people. The identities within the team may inuence the types of features available in the scooter. A more diverse team will result in more perspectives to give the scooter a more inclusive design. When Mullins discusses the importance of diversity in engineering, she states that "It's really critical for success if we're going to develop strong solutions to have diverse perspectives\". Without diversity, the product could end up missing some more inclusive features. The Red Zuma Project team could be missing different genders, ages, races, or disability statuses that would affect the results of the project. The target source would be race competitors that race scooters or race in XeC-iame events, which is stated by ARC's president Robin Lane. ARC could also target casual users who may only use the scooter for personal enjoyment. Some employees may have rsthand experience and could provide detailed insight for more casual use. In terms of racing. the test riders could possibly have experience with this. If not. competitors could be contacted to review, test, and/or provide insight into some benecial features or requirements for racing. The impact source would change based on the focus of development. If the scooter is more suited for casual use, scooter racing competitors may find it too mild or cumbersome for racing purposes. If the scooter is catered to competitors, casual users may find it too complicated or expensive. People can be many different shapes and sizes, so some people may be impacted differently by the capacity or adaptability of the scooter. By working with the source, ARC would gain many perspectives on what features are useful and which are not. The source would gain a scooter with everything they want and nothing they don't. In other words, they would gain a product that is closer to what they desire. To ensure that co-designing with the source continues, ARC could continue to accept and encourage feedback on the scooter's performance and maintenance. By reducing the task duration for Finalized Product Design and Install Production Equipment, allowed the project to be completed by Monday. January 11\". The right people and talents were assigned to this project. The project manager did an excellentjob in delegating work'ows, communicating with all team members, and providing support and resources to complete the project before the deadline. In this project, the customer was satised as the project was delivered within the requested time for the Las Vegas show. Part 2. The worsticase scenario would be not meeting the project's deadline. Consistently meeting project deadlines can help to build a positive reputation for your organization or team, which can lead to more business opportunities and partnerships in the future. In this case, the potential of losing business opportunities for the scooter company. The besticase scenario would be completing the project in the allowed time and being within budget. For the Red Zuma project, we were successful in presenting a new scooter at the Las Vegas show. But the project was over budget. In the best-case scenario, both time and budget should fall below targets. Delivering a project on time and within budget can increase protability by reducing the cost of overruns, minimizing the need for rework, and avoiding penalties for missed deadlines. Successfully completing a project on time and within budget can enhance the reputation of the team or organization, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and competence. This can lead to more business opportunities and partnerships in the future. The Red Zuma Project is developing a new racing scooter for the X-Games. TheARC company could exclude minority groups or lower-income patrons. MyAll-People statement is that everyone can afford a racing scooter. This is clearly not the case as loweriincome patrons cannot afford a recreational racing scooter. The target source is miditoiuppericlass, white men. The impact source or excluded sources are loweriincome groups and minority groups.
