Because of this, the project was able to accomplish its intended purpose. The project was completed in time for the Las Vegas show. Each task was completed fully and adequately due to the talented personnel assigned to the project. Avariety of engineers, marketers, purchasers, and testers used their skill sets to make each step possible. The project had personnel specically skilled in designing, manufacturing, purchasing, or qualityechecking the nal product. The customer received a new highequality scooter design in time for the Las Vegas Show, which meets and hopefully exceeds their expectations in its new features. Part 2 The worst-case scenario for the Red Zuma Project would be creating a scooter that is not available or functional for everyone. Different factors can affect whether or not everyone can use the scooterARC develops. A different gender may not be able to use the scooter ARC develops if those aspects are not considered. The best-case scenario would involve creating a user-friendly scooter that beginners and experts would both enjoy using. It would also involve a design that is considerate of different body types, whether that is big or small, male or female, or from any range of physical mobility. TheARC Company could potentially exclude a variety of people. TheAll People statement for the Red Zuma Project would be "All people can use our new scooter\". Disabled people may not be able to experience this All People statement. If the scooter is not adjustable or customizable in some way, that group would be excluded. The scooter could also be easier for one gender to use than the other, making it less usable for some people.
