- Basically, I have sort of an idea on how to cycle through the lines to see the most occurring characters, but I was stuck on how to list in how many specific amount of lines the particular character occurred the most, and at the same time how to write the program to detect when a new line in a file has happened. Also, my goal is to get this program setup in C++ and then afterwards in an object oriented language such as Java, thank you!
