1. Look carefully at the data and describe any violations of the first three normal forms that you see.

2. Use Lucid Charts or Draw IO to create a normalized Entity Relation Diagram based on the data above. Remember Entity relationship Diagrams do not contain any data, just the Entities, their attributes and the relationships. You can do question 1, in a text box on the diagram.

To turn in. provide a link to the diagram on lucid charts (remember to share it) or a picture of the diagram from lucid chart or Draw.io.
