R1 and R2 represent routers and L1, L2, and L3 are the communication links. The packet that is to be transmitted is of length 1000 bits. The transmission rates on L1 and L3 is 10 Mbps and transmission rate on L2 is 40 Gbps. The signal propagation delay on L1 and L3 are negligible however the propagation delay on L2 is measured to be 50 usec (microseconds) because of the length of the line. Assume, at to, client starts sending the packet, meaning that it just starts placing the bits on the line. When does the server receive the whole packet?
