Below is some pore and frac pressure info.
You can ignore safety margins on mud density .. There is a surface string at 2000ft. The production string is to be 7 inches at a 14,000ft target. Determine the setting depths and diameters of the casing required. Also identify the bit sizes to be used in each section.
The first intermediate string up from the bottom runs to ???ft. Design this string using whichever design criteria you choose. Also use a safety margin of 1.5 on tension, 1.2 on collapse and 1.2 on burst. The design includes pipe grade to be used vs depth along with weight. (That is say J-5516.5 # .. we need both the weight and grade) Make the design plot for both collapse and burst. Check the tension at the top of each section and make sure the drift diameter is adequate for the next bit.
Design the surface string (at whatever size you determined in part 1. It is at 2000ft. Same as above weight and grade.
Design the production string
