A : Define the aim of training ( For instance : Increase sales revenue ? improve customer satisfaction? Reduce customer attrition? Increase satisfaction index of customers ? ( context, problems, opportunities) TNI : Training Need Identification )

C : Content ( what it means : content will come from outcome of AIM. Should we do product knowledge? Mathematical skills? presentation skills ? client profit planning skills ( training programs, curriculum, learning experiences))

M : Method ( what it means : This will come out of Content . It can be on the Job training : demonstration, case study discussion, decision making . ( content , training material and other resources )

E : Execution ( what it means : Method will determine execution ( post covid companies are using online methods).For whom the training should be given ? by whom ( internal or external employees) ? when should we give the training ( depending on business and market cycle) ? For how long should training be given ( hours-days-weeks)? Where the training should be done? ( Instruction and execution of training programs)

E : Evaluation ( what it means : We can take feedback , we can conduct assessment ( IF aim of training was to impart product knowledge then we can conduct assessment to evaluate ), if training was demonstration then we can go to market and see how person is performing ( shadow up and shadow down) or we can also ask dealers . (Knowledge, skills, attitude, performance, commitment)
