Besides housing, being stuck in heavy traffic is also one of the scarcities in this situation. As far as we understand, Selangor is a city that is more developed than Perak; therefore, the traffic congestion in Selangor is higher compared to Perak. This is due to the imbalance between supply and demand regarding the excess travel demand versus roadway capacity, which results in traffic congestion in Selangor. Hence, being stuck in traffic congestion is one of my scarcities if I accept the opportunity to work in Selangor.
