Summary Sentencing Recommendation to the Court The defendant, Anthony Ryan Mixon, the night of June 13th of 2024, committed three felonies but has agreed to plead guilty as long as the two possession charges of firearms and drugs are dropped. Defendant has prior record of disturbing the peace, attempted burglary, and 2 driving while his ability is impaired. These charges do effect his current sentencing. Under the North Carolina Sentencing guidelines, we have decided to sentence him with 17-21 months under community correction programs and have him report himself.
