Bliss&Me has a great team!Everyone is all about the client and the culture is great.Unfortunately, sometimes when there are so many creative minds in one place things can go a bit haywire if the communication lines are not clear.Ever heard the old "but I told so and so...i thought you knew....". Just last week a class was left unattended because Mario thought Carlos was taking his class and Carlos thought Claire was taking it!Suffice to say we had some very unhappy clients at 6am that morning!

This has been happening at Bliss&Me too often lately so Greg Thompson (our wonderful organiser!) has decided to nip the behaviour in the bud by creating an internal communications strategy.He feels that he has enough info in regard to the alternative therapies, fitness and accounts areas. Before beginning though he would like to get the opinion of two of the teams he is unsure of.So he enlists the help of Skye Farrel, who is in charge of branding, and Ella Fisher, who looks after the client experience.He figures these two are pretty on top of any issues that may be arising when it comes to their teams' work responsibilities.

Task 1

write an email asking for input from your team in regard to how they feel they should communicate any issues that arise while they are completing the tasks for their position.The email should ask for the following opinions:

• What communication tools should be used
• How issues could be ranked
• Escalation rules
• Response times from management and other stakeholders
• Privacy concerns
• Examples of things that may arise
